CML Summer Reading Club

Making a difference through reading advocacy.

Since our initial partnership with the Columbus Metropolitan Library five years ago, Summer Reading Club has experienced a record-breaking number of participants. The 2011 campaign features the theme “Be a Hero. Read.” representing the power of reading in children’s aspirations. The character of Captain Read was created to embody the notion of the hero whose powers stem from reading books.
