Survanta is a surfactant replacement therapy used by healthcare professionals for the prevention and treatment of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) in premature infants. Survanta has been the leader in surfactant replacement therapy since 1991, and has been used to treat over 750,000 premature infants. When asked to develop their print ad campaign, we wanted to develop one that was directed to healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting the reliability of Survanta and reinforcing the brand loyalty of the product. What we did was create an ad campaign focusing on the key themes of "experience" and "comfort". Our concept went over so well, it was translated into a number of other marketing and communication pieces—including the Survanta website, selling tools, and promotions.
