As the agency of record for Mount Carmel Health System’s Medicare Advantage plan, Origo developed each year’s creative campaign that positioned MediGold as a leader in local-based health coverage that provides the best value, with service and care right around the corner.
Utilizing real members throughout the campaign photography and television ads, Origo emphasized recognizable environments from the plan’s service area to create an emotional connection to the audience, leveraging the local feel of the brand.
Origo customized mailers and advertising to fit into the specific region, elevating the role of partnering hospitals that endorse MediGold and their Medicare Advantage Plans. Origo also managed all print and digital advertising to drive engagement to town hall meetings and inquiries about enrollment.
Being unknown in new areas and battling large national brands, Origo created a creative campaign that positioned MediGold as a leader in local-based care with exceptional coverage during a year that the brand doubled its service area.
In a year when MediGold was doubling their service area, we exceeded the goals from the marketing team, helping increase membership and sales by almost 216% from the previous season, exceeding overall sales goals by 56%, exceeding sales leads by 46%, and exceeding retention rates by 38%.
