Origo started by learning how ABB’s dry eye solutions can help increase revenue and customer satisfaction for our partners’ practices, capitalizing on the success stories that the products have already produced for other eye care practitioners (ECPs).

We then conducted research and analysis of the market, as well as the new Dry Eye Portfolio of products, creating messaging guidelines and a master campaign direction that effectively promoted the benefits and advantages of ABB’s dry eye products.

We also developed new marketing and sales tactics that supported the communication efforts of ABB, which included updates to ABB’s website, Ceros platform, sales aids, print brochures, fliers, email templates, print and digital ads, and a social media strategy.

As a result, ABB increased sales and awareness of their Dry Eye Portfolio by highlighting eye care professional’s ability to retain more revenue within their practice when offering dry eye products.
