The Challenge & Opportunity

SANNT is the only technology accelerator focused exclusively on eye care. With a combined 100+ years of experience in eye care, biotech, product development, manufacturing, and more, the organization wanted to grow its company’s awareness with a fresh positioning and communication strategy to better reflect its wide range of expertise and capabilities, as well as promote the companies and technologies that sit under its umbrella. To do so, Origo was brought in to help develop a compelling new brand identity and website with an in-depth messaging and visual identity. The process was an exciting communication challenge, and we’re honored to have had the chance to partner with the SANNT team to create a positive impact.

Research & Messaging Strategy

In order to develop a brand identity for the organization that kept in mind the complexities of life science ventures, Origo started by conducting internal research and industry analysis. This included creating profiles and positioning statements for key target audiences that spoke to each of their specific needs and desires. We also established a brand ladder that dissected SANNT’s features, benefits, rewards, and services, as well as its emotional takeaways. The insights gleaned from these exercises helped us define SANNT and drove our messaging strategy for the future.

Brand Identity & Guidelines

Once we created a clear and unique messaging strategy, Origo developed a new logo and visual identity for SANNT that encapsulated its essence. The logo included a sleek lockup with a bold color palette that positioned SANNT as an industry nexus with the credentials and aptitude to bring eye care possibilities to life. The new logo is a memorable identifier for the brand, conveying trust, deep knowledge, and interconnectedness in the industry.

After the SANNT team selected a logo, Origo started creating corporate collateral elements like digital and print sales aids, pitch decks, and more. The visual identity showcased its command of the eye care and commercialization industry through sleek and modern iconography, modern images, and strong type treatment.

A New Online Presence

As a final deliverable, Origo designed and developed a dynamic website experience to engage key stakeholders from the field of eye care in the SANNT brand story, helping to drive new leads to engage in their mission and technologies. The new brand messaging and visual identities are meticulously paired with a seamless UX/UI experience for the viewer.
