As the organization was preparing to launch its virtual support solution, it needed a clear way to position, package, and communicate this new offering to its sales team and customers. The client team ultimately selected VIRTU™ for its clear, ownable direction rooted in speed, expertise, and human connection.

We then created the visual and structural system to support it. This included a new logo, a flexible messaging framework, and a defined brand architecture ensuring the service could stand on its own while aligning seamlessly within the Advancing Eyecare portfolio.

With a direction selected, we moved into execution, translating the strategy into a focused sales tool. The result is a concise, story-driven sales aid designed to guide conversations and clearly communicate value in the field. Anchored by the tagline More Chair Time. Less Downtime, the narrative positions VIRTU™ as a smarter, more efficient approach to equipment support—connecting operational performance directly to patient care.
