Origo conducted research exercises with internal and external stakeholders of Call Management Resources (CMR), including surveys of leadership and customers, helping to identify key insights and competitive advantages to convey in their new brand..

After conducting a brand audit of existing marketing touchpoints to help guide our new strategy, Origo created a new brand identity featuring the character “Cosmo”, who gave greater personality, life, and emotional connection to the audience.

The brand was applied to a new website that easily guides the user through the different services and value propositions of the company. The site also has fun animations and interactive features to entice users to inquire more about CMR’s capabilities, helping to generate leads for the sales force.

Origo developed the new tagline “Launch Your Business Forward” to emphasize the progressive and innovative nature of CMR,  which is further enhanced through the space-themed approach to the brand. This helped to create a unique and tailored connection to customers that allowed the brand to differentiate its message in the marketplace.

With a new and more streamlined user experience, as well as a more engaging tone of voice, the overall online presence for CMR was enhanced, allowing them to generate greater connections, leads, and clientele for their wide range of services and capabilities.
