The Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice (OCHCH) is the longest serving statewide trade association representing the interests of home health care, hospice, and palliative care providers in Ohio. To help advance awareness around the different divisions, services, and programs offered by OCHCH, the organization partnered with Origo to create a more effective brand and website strategy.

The goal of this new initiative was to help reintroduce the mission of the organization and further their position as a leader in providing advocacy and educational opportunities for post-acute agencies and providers in our region.

To kickoff our process, Origo conducted research exercises that led to the development of a cohesive brand strategy, online presence, and outreach tactics, all created to help reintroduce the organization and generate greater awareness within the field of hospice and home care, as well as new markets within the healthcare continuum.

Once testing and solidifying the brand strategy, Origo helped develop social media strategies, video campaigns, and other collateral material for the organization, which helped to increase membership, improve involvement amongst programs, and accelerated non-due revenue. This was done through new methods around the cross-promotion of services and educational offerings from OCHCH, which were communicated through a more refined brand architecture and messaging system.

 

Furthermore, through the development of custom photography and a new mission video, the organization has been able to effectively advance into its next chapter of growth by showing the culture, values, and benefits it provides to its different stakeholder groups.

Through better storytelling tactics and the promotion of success stories, Origo helped boost the amount of contributors and supporters of the mission of OCHCH, creating a powerful value proposition when asking for funds. Launched at the organization’s annual conference, Origo has been able to help OCHCH to connect more current and prospective members with their wide range of services and programs, while also boosting engagement from existing stakeholders to help achieve more visibility among key community members and funders.
