Origo and the Ohio SUD COE Partner to Elevate Statewide Healthcare Workforce Training and Resource Hub
March 30, 2026As Ohio has one of the nation’s highest rates of unintentional drug-overdose deaths, it’s more important than ever for treatment providers to have access to the latest integrated care practices. In partnership with Ohio’s Department of Behavioral Health (ODBH), the Ohio Substance Use Disorders Center of Excellence (SUD COE), at the Begun Center for Violence Prevention Research and Education and the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, received a multi-million dollar investment by the state to address this crisis. With these partnerships and commitments, Ohio SUD COE was able to implement new, improved healthcare and substance use workforce training programs, consultation, evaluation services, resources, and more into one collaborative hub.
