Celebrating Growth at Origo With Four Promotions
May 14, 2025
It has been an exciting year at Origo, developing powerful creative work and results-driven strategies, growing a strong culture through fun Origo outings, and attending various awards ceremonies. That said, we thought it was time to appreciate some of the individuals who have helped us reach some of these important milestones, and are now proud to announce some exciting promotions from our team.
While some more recent than others, we wanted to share our appreciation for four team members who’ve stepped into new roles in the past six months, continuing to help advance the culture, process, and impact we strive for here at Origo.
Emily Murphy – Art Director
Emily has recently been promoted to Art Director. Over time, she’s grown in both her skills and leadership across projects. Her keen eye for design and attention to detail have produced some of our agency’s most eye-catching work, including the Columbus Symphony’s capital campaign and the Carolinas Credit Union League brand and website.

Shayne Murta – Account Manager
Shayne’s promotion to Account Manager reflects the care and consistency she brings to her work every day. She’s been a key partner on award-winning accounts like Goodwill Columbus and the “More Than a Bet” campaign, while also managing a number of our paid search projects and leading Origo’s social media and content marketing strategies. We are excited to see what comes next for Shayne as she continues to evolve her skillset and accounts.

Sheehan Hannan – Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist
Sheehan has stepped into the role of Senior Copywriter and Content Strategist. Sheehan has brought a storytelling ability to the team that is second to none. Through his extensive writing skills and enthusiastic approach to solving creative challenges, Sheehan has been a big part of award-winning projects like the Franklin County Public Health campaign, titled “Guardians of Good Health”, as well as the Fat Head’s Brewery website, among other statewide and national projects.

Emily Bench – Copy Director
Emily has been promoted to Copy Director. With a thoughtful approach to language and a sharp editorial eye, she’s helped lead copy across a wide range of projects and industries. From translating complex B2B messaging for partners like SANNT website and ASPYR brand, to helping shape the tone of new creative campaigns for consumers and the general publuc, Emily’s leadership continues to help the copy team grow.

We’re proud of the work these individuals have accomplished during their time at Origo and are grateful to have witnessed their growth into these new roles. We are confident they will continue to do great things in their new roles and are excited to see how these new positions will help further our creative and strategic strategies further than ever before.
Please join us in congratulating them on these well-deserved promotions!
